Continuing with its recent slew of reforms, the Vietnamese Ministry of
Finance issued Circular 65/2013/TT-BTC (hereinafter referred to as
‘Circular 65?) on May 17, 2013, to amend certain articles of the
currently enforced Circular 06 relating to value-added tax (VAT).
